New Panteg started the second half of the league campaign with a tough return trip to Nantyglo, looking to cement their security in the league after last seasons promotion. Nantyglo were quickest out of the traps scoring an early penalty, before things started to look ominous for the Teg. A scrum fully 15 metres out was powerfully shoved and steered over for a converted score, and the Glo looked well in the ascendancy. The teams swapped a penalty apiece, before injuries forced changes up front, but this seemed to galvanised the visitors set piece. With Teg now getting their fair share of posse.....
